Planning Tips for Adults
Make an appointment with an EOC counselor when you need information about going to college AND
when you are ready to make the first steps toward going to college. KCAC operates an Educational
Opportunity Center that is devoted to helping adults reach their career and educational goals.
Contact KCAC to:
- Receive personal assistance in finding information and materials on career exploration, self-assessment, and career planning.
- Receive personal assistance in selecting the right school for you and for completing the admissions process.
- Receive personal assistance in applying for financial aid and conducting a scholarship search. This includes completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) electronically.
- Receive personal assistance in rehabilitation of a student loan that is in default.
- Complete the Career Development Action Plan and bring it with you to your appointment for guidance.
